Conditions:

  • The work created must be made with timber offcuts/scraps.

  • Maximum Project dimensions are 500x500x800mm. You can enter 1 project each (unless it is a set) and it must be made by you, in the 6 months before the challenge.

  • The aim of this challenge is to show what can be made with timber offcuts.

  • Mixed media models are allowed provided it is at least 70% timber and using only recycled, reclaimed and sustainable materials. No resin or other toxic materials are to be used (nails, screws or hardware is allowed).

  • Collaborative works are allowed, given they adhere to the above conditions.

If you are a woodworker already working with reclaimed wood (woo, go you!) this is a fun way to create something new. Please don't enter items that you make commercially, challenge yourself to make something new using just offcuts.
